Nature of Service:        Fixed Satellite Service


On August 7, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corporation's (PanAmSat) request for modification, File No.
SAT-MOD-20070522-00072. Accordingly, PanAmSat is AUTHORIZED to operate its Galaxy 9 satellite, Call Sign: S2146, at the 81° W.L.
orbital location on a non-interference basis in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) conventional C-band
frequencies, and to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, and Control operations necessary to effect the drift to, and operations at, the 81°
orbital location, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the Attachment to grant , and the
Commission's rules.

Special Temporary Authority

Nature of Service:        Fixed Satellite Service


On August 2, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request, File No. SAT-STA-20070418-00062.
Accordingly, and PanAmSat Licensee Corp. IS AUTHORIZED, for a period of 180 days, commencing on August 7, 2007, to operate the SBS-6
satellite (Call Sign: S2707) at the 73.95° W.L. orbital location in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth)
conventional Ku-band frequencies and to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C) operations on SBS-6 necessary to
effect operation at the 73.95° W.L. orbital location, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its
application, the attachment to grant, and the Commission's rules.



Dismissal
SAT-STA-20070719-00105                  S2146            PanAmSat Licensee Corp.
On August 7, 2007, the Policy Branch DISMISSED AS MOOT PanAmSat Licensee Corporation's request for special temporary authority
to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Control operations necessary to effect the drift to, and operations at, the 81° WL orbital location. See
related IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20070522-00072.

The Bureau has determined that Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary, LLC (MSV) has met the beginning physical construction milestone
associated with this authorization and may reduce the bond amount by 25% for milestone met as provided in the Amendment of the
Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket
No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on
Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
