The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20061207-00145 E Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/29/2007 On June 29, 2007, the Satellite Policy Branch granted special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to operate 15 terrestrial repeaters at power levels at or below 2 kW EIRP for a period of 180 days, at the locations set forth in the Exhibit attached to its application, with the technical parameters specified in its application, and subject to conditions. SAT-STA-20070627-00088 E S2707 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/03/2007 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On July 3, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request (PanAmSat's), File No. SAT-STA-20070627-00088. Accordingly, PanAmSat IS AUTHORIZED, for a period of 30 days commencing on July 8, 2007 to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C) operations on the SBS-6 satellite necessary to effect the drift of the satellite from the 74.05° W.L. orbital location to the 73.95° W.L. orbital location and while at the 73.95° W.L. orbital location and to operate the SBS-6 satellite in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) conventional Ku-band frequencies at the 73.95° W.L. orbital location in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, this Attachment, and the Federal Communications Commission's (Commission) Rules. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-19971222-00222 S2346 ATCONTACT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC SAT-LOA-20040322-00234/35/36/37 S2680, S2681, S2682, S2683 The Bureau has determined that ATCONTACT Communications, LLC has met the contract execution milestone associated with this authorization (File Nos. SAT-LOA-19971222-00222, SAT-LOA-20040322-00234/35/36/37, as amended by SAT-AMD-20040719-00141, SAT-AMD-20040322-00057, and SAT-MOD-20060511-00056). Accordingly, ATCONTACT may reduce the bond amount by 20% as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d). This action is taken without prejudice to the Commission’s action in SAT-MOD-20070309-00048 and SAT-AMD-20070309-00049.
