terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the attachment to grant and Commission's rules.

On June 27, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s (PanAmSat) request, File No.
SAT-STA-20070622-00084. Accordingly, PanAmSat IS AUTHORIZED, for a period of 3 days, from June 29, 2007, to July 2, 2007, to continue
to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, Control, and Monitoring operations while at the 75.5° W.L. orbital location and to operate the
Galaxy 17 in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) conventional C-band frequencies, and in the 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) conventional Ku-band frequencies, at the 75.5° W.L. orbital location for the purposes
of conducting in-orbit testing in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the attachment to
grant and the Commission's rules.
