Nature of Service:       Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


On June 21, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation's (EchoStar) application, File No.
SAT-MOD-20070323-00055, to modify its authorization to operate a Ka-band satellite, EchoStar-113. Accordingly, EchoStar is authorized to
operate its EchoStar-113 satellite at the 112.85° W.L. orbital location using the 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, and 29.25-30.0
GHz frequency bands subject to the terms and conditions of its existing authorization, as amended, the technical specifications set forth in the
attachment to the grant, and the Commission's rules.

On June 21, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat North America LLC's (Intelsat North America's) requests, File Nos.
SAT-STA-20070605-00077 and SAT-STA-20070613-00083, for Special Temporary Authority (STA). Accordingly, Intelsat North America IS
AUTHORIZED to continue to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, and Control operations for an additional thirty days during the
relocation of INTELSAT 602 satellite (Call Sign: S2389) from the 150.5º E.L. orbital location to the 157º E.L. orbital location. Intelsat North
America is also authorized to operate the INTELSAT 602 satellite on a non-harmful interference basis in the following C-band frequencies
(3625-4200 MHz and 5850-6425 MHz) and Ku-band frequencies (10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.45-11.7 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz) at the 157º E.L.
orbital location for sixty days from June 25, 2007 through August 23, 2007, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications
set forth in its application, the attachment to grant, and the Commission's rules.
