Date Filed: 03/26/2007 15:23:13:93300 Special Temporary Authority PanAmSat Licensee Corp. requests special temporary authority for 180 days beginning 06/28/07, in connection with the drift of Galaxy 17 from its current orbital location at 75.5 W.L. to 74.05 W.L. immediately following in-orbit testing at 75.5 W.L., and to operate the satellite in the 5925-6425 MHz, 3700-4200 MHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz, and 11.7-12.2 GHz frequency bands at 74.05 W.L.
