These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001). T-Systems North America, Inc. also notified the Commission that it has acquired a new foreign carrier affiliation with Telekom Crne Gore A.D., the monopoly fixed line telecommunications carrier in Montenegro. CORRECTIONS FCN-NEW-20060922-00027 T-Mobile USA, Inc. f/k/a VoiceStream Wireless Corporation Public Notice, DA-07-71, released on January 16, 2007, incorrectly stated that T-Mobile USA, Inc. f/k/a/ VoiceStream Wireless Corporation (T-Mobile) agrees to be classified as dominant on the U.S.-Montenegro route and agrees to comply with safeguards contained in Section 63.10 of the rules. By letter dated September 22, 2006, Applicant relinquished its existing authority to service the U.S.-Montenegro route effective immediately. T-Mobile also notified the Commission that it has acquired a new foreign carrier affiliation with Telekom Crne Gore A.D., the monopoly fixed line telecommunications carrier in Montenegro.
