Nature of Service:     Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service


On April 16, 2007, the Satellite Division granted authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to construct, launch, and operate a
geostationary satellite, SIRIUS FM-5, at the 96 degrees W.L. orbital location, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical
specifications set forth in its application and consistent with the Commission's rules. The SIRIUS FM-5 satellite will use the frequency
bands 2320.0-2332.5 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 7050-7072.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                        Effective Date:    04/16/2007



Nature of Service:     Direct Broadcast Satellite Service


On April 16, 2007, the Policy Branch granted DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC's request for a 30 day special temporary authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations on a non-interference basis in order to deorbit the DIRECTV 2 satellite from its
current orbital location at 91° W.L.
