Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-STA-20070330-00059 E XM Radio Inc. Date Filed: 03/30/2007 15:28:21:10600 Special Temporary Authority XM Radio Inc. (XM Radio) seeks Special Temporary Authority to operate a terrestrial repeater with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power of 1068 watts (average) on top of Harrah's Casino Hotel in Las Vegas for period of 180 days. XM Radio states that the requested repeater replaces a previously-authorized repeater that XM Radio removed from atop the Stardust Hotel earlier this year. XM Radio states that the repeater will operate within XM Radio's licensed frequency band (2332.5-2345 MHz) pursuant to the technical parameters listed in the STA request.
