The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

On January 5, 2007, EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation filed an application amending and seeking expedited action on a pending
request for special temporary authority. File No. SAT-STA-20060324-00029; See Satellite Space Applications, Accepted for Filing,
Public Notice, Report No. SAT-000362 (rel. May 19, 2006). In addition to the relief previously sought, EchoStar requests suspension
of programming restrictions previously placed on its authority to operate on Direct Broadcast Service channels 23 and 24 at the 61.5º
W.L. orbital location. On February 2, 2007, the International Bureau granted the requested special temporary authority for a period
of 60 days. EchoStar Satellite Operation Corporation, Application for Extension and Modification of Special Temporary Authority to
Operate Direct Broadcast Satellite Service over Channels 23 and 24 at the 61.5º W.L. Orbital Location, Order and Authorization, DA
07-518 (Int'l Bur. rel. Feb. 2, 2007). EchoStar seeks special temporary authority for a period of 180 days.
