The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-STA-20061213-00149 E S2369 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Date Filed: 12/13/2006 14:10:15:71600 Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises LLC has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 180 days. DIRECTV seeks to perform telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) functions during the drift of its DIRECTV 1R satellite from its current orbital position at 100.85° W.L. to 72.5° W.L. Subject to regulatory approvals, at 72.5° W.L. control of the satellite would pass to Telesat Canada and would be pursuant to an authorization from Industry Canada. The TT&C frequencies used would be: 17305.0 MHz (uplink) and 12698.25 and 12699.25 MHz (downlink).
