to change the orbital location of SOLIDARIDAD 2. Accordingly, each earth station with "ALSAT" designated as a point of
communication may provide Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) and FSS Direct-to-Home Service (DTH) to, from, or within the United
States, by accessing the SOLIDARIDAD 2 satellite at the 114.9º W.L. orbital location in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space),

On December 19, 2006, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority (STA) to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to
operate terrestrial repeaters with an Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of 200 watts and 0.0001 watts at the events, and

INFORMATIVE
SAT-AMD-20060120-00006 S2619 SES Americom, Inc.

On December 21, 2006, the Satellite Division granted SES Americom, Inc. (SES Americom) an extension of time, until January
29, 2007, to re-submit its petition for authority to serve the U.S. market using BSS spectrum from the 105.5 W.L. orbital
location. On November 29, 2006, SES Americom's petition was dismissed without prejudice to re-filing, provided SES Americom
resubmitted its petition within 30 days of the dismissal (i.e., December 29, 2006). See DA 06-2438 The Satellite Division finds
that the public interest would be served by granting additional time to SES Americom to prepare and file the required documents,
and that no other party would be adversely affected by the grant of additional time.
