Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. ATCONTACT will use the same frequency bands contained in its current authorization, 28.6-29.1 GHz (uplink) on a secondary basis and 18.8-19.3 GHz (downlink) on a non-conforming basis at 77° W.L.
