The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


SES Satellites (Gibraltar) LTD. (SES) has filed a Petition for Declaratory ruling to add the AMC-18 satellite at 104.95º W.L. to the
Permitted Space Station List to replace the Satcom C-4 satellite that is presently at that orbital location. SES seeks to provide C-band
service in the United States using the 5925-6425 and 3700-4200 MHz frequencies. SES has been licensed by Gibraltar to operate the
AMC-18 satellite at the 104.95º W.L. orbit location. SES will provide Fixed-Satellite Service, except for direct-to-home (DTH)
services, from the AMC-18 satellite using the C-band frequencies to the United States.
