The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. INFORMATIVE 325-NEW-20060915-00002 Entravision Communications Corporation Application for Section 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to station XHDTV-TV, Tecate-Cerra Bola, Baja California, Mexico, licensed to Televisora Alco S. de R.L. de C.V. The station operates on Channel 49 with an authorized power of 3881 kW. 325-NEW-20060915-00003 Entravision Communications Corporation Application for 325(c) permit to deliver programming to Station XHRIO-TV, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, licensed to TV Norte, S.A. de C.V. The station operates on Channel 2 with an authorized power of 98.56 kW. The programming supplied by the applicant will be varied in nature. It will be primarily entertainment programming, but will also include news, sports, and public affairs programming. 325-RWL-20060901-00004 Fox Entertainment Group, Inc. Application for renewal of a Section 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to Mexican television station XETV, Tijuana, Mexico. The programming will include English-language entertainment, sports, news, public affairs and other programming of a continuing nature. Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be on file no later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available at: www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first- class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail). The Commission's contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours at this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building. Commercial overnight mail (other than U.S. Postal Service Express Mail and Priority Mail) must be sent to 9300 East Hampton Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.
