On August 31, 2006, the Policy Branch granted with conditions DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC's modification request, File No.
SAT-MOD-20060616-00065, to change the orbital location of the DIRECTV 7S space station, operating in the 12.2-12.7 GHz and
17.3-17.8 GHz bands, from the 119.2º W.L. orbital location to the 119.05º W.L. orbital location, in accordance with the terms,
conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the attached conditions of grant, and the Federal Communication
Commission's rules.

The Bureau has determined that EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation has met the Contract Execution milestone associated
with this authorization (File No. SAT-LOA-20031211-00350), and may reduce the bond amount by 25% as provided in the
Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking. IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station
Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd
