INFORMATIVE SAT-MOD-20040915-00178 S2211 WB Holdings 1 LLC On April 27, 2006, WB Holdings 1, LLC filed a letter surrendering its Ka-band authorization at the 109.2° W.L. orbit location. See letter from David M. Brown, Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission (Apr. 27, 2006). A prior public notice issued on May 12, 2006, DA 06-1028, Report No. SAT-00361 indicated that the bands associated with call sign: S2211 at the 109.2° W.L. orbit location were available for reassignment. That public notice, however, inadvertently failed to note that the frequencies included in call sign: S2355 were consolidated into call sign: S2211 as a result of the grant in September 5, 2003 of File No. SAT-ASG-20030725-00137. To correct the record, accordingly, we note that frequencies authorized under call sign: S2355 specifically the 18.3-18.8, 28.35 - 28.6, and 29.25 - 29.5 GHz frequency bands at the 109.2° W.L. orbit location are available for reassignment effective 11:00 AM EDT on the day this public notice is released.
