On May 11, 2006, the Policy Branch granted with conditions EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation's (EchoStar) application to
construct, launch, and operate a direct broadcast satellite (DBS), EchoStar 10 (Call Sign: S2694), File No.
SAT-LOA-20051221-00267, as amended by File No. SAT-AMD-20060120-00007, and EchoStar's subsequent modification request,
File No. SAT-MOD-20060329-00031, to locate the satellite at the 110.2° W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, EchoStar is authorized
to operate the EchoStar 10 DBS space station at the 110.2° W.L. orbital location with feeder links (Earth to space) in the 17.3-17.8
GHz band on DBS channels 2-7, 9-27, 29, and 31, and service links (space to Earth) in the 12.2-12.7 GHz band on DBS channels 4, 12,
18, 20, 23, 25, 26, 27, 29, and 31 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application,
the Attachment to the grant and the Commission's rules.

The application as amended was previously granted, in part, and deferred, in part, with an effective date of March 27, 2006. See Public
Notice, Report No. SAT-00351 (rel. March 31, 2006) (File Nos. SAT-LOA-20051221-00267, SAT-AMD-20060120-00007).

SURRENDER
SAT-MOD-20040915-00178              S2211          WB Holdings 1 LLC

On April 27, 2006, WB Holdings 1, LLC (WBH) filed a letter surrendering its Ka-band authorization at the 109.2° W.L. orbit
location. See Letter from David M. Brown, Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC,
(Apr. 27, 2006). Specifically, WB Holdings 1, LLC was authorized to operate Ka-band feeder links at the 109.2° W.L. orbital
location in the 69.0 - 70.0, 29.5 - 30.0 and 19.7-20.2 GHz frequency bands. Accordingly, these Ka-band frequencies at this orbit
location are available for reassignment effective 11:00 AM EDT on the day this public notice is released.
