The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. INFORMATIVE 325-NEW-20060418-00001 Laredo Equities, LLC Application for Section 325 (c) permit to deliver Spanish broadcasts to radio station XEK 960 AM, operating Nuevo Laredo, Mexico with with authorized power of 5,000 Watts (day) and 1,000 Watts (night). The station is currently licensed to Laredo Equities, LLC d/b/a Laredo Broncos. Petitions to deny this application must reference the following informative number, 325-NEW-20060418-00001, and be on file no later than May 15, 2006. Guidelines for filings are available at: http://www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail).
