Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-MOD-20060329-00031 E S2694 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Date Filed: 03/29/2006 13:10:01:15000 Modification On March 29, 2006, EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (EchoStar) filed an application for modification to its Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) authorization, IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20051221-00267, SAT-AMD-20060120-00007, Call Sign S2694, granted in part and deferred in part on Mar. 27, 2006, to permit operation of the EchoStar 10 satellite at the 110.2° W.L. orbital location. Other than this modification, all of the information previously provided in EchoStar’s earlier application in response to Section 25.114 of the Commission’s rules remains the same.
