Granted PanAmSat Licensee Corp's application for modification of its authority to operate its Galaxy 14 satellite at 125.05° WL.
rather than the 125.15° WL location authorized in File No. SAT-MOD-20050215-00039. The Galaxy 14 satellite would operate at
the 5925 - 6425 MHz and 3700 - 4200 MHz frequency bands to provide U.S coverage. In addition, PanAmSat corrected the command
frequency for Galaxy 14. The command frequency of the spacecraft is 6420.5 MHz rather than the previously specified value of
6424.5 MHz.

SAT-STA-20050914-00177, to perform in-orbit testing of its LM-RPS1 payload at 150.0º W.L. for a period of 30 days. Accordingly,
Lockheed Martin Corporation is authorized to perform in-orbit testing of its LM-RPS1 payload for the period of 30 days commencing
with the date that the LM-RPS1 payload arrives at the 150.0° W.L. orbital location, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and
technical specifications set forth in its application, the Attachment to the grant, and the Federal Communications Commission's Rules.
