These applications are not subject to the streamlined processing procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. These applications shall not be deemed granted until the Commission affirmatively acts upon the application, either by public notice or by written order. Operation for which authorization is sought may not commence except in accordance with any terms or conditions imposed by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these applications within 28 days of the date of this public notice. We request that such comments refer to the application file number shown below. No application listed below shall be granted by the Commission earlier than the day after the date specified in this public notice for the filing of comments. ITC-T/C-20050805-00319 E Gridley Communications, Inc. Transfer of Control Current Licensee: Gridley Communications, Inc. FROM: Gridley Enterprises, Inc. TO: Mail Holdings, Inc. Application for consent to transfer control of the international Section 214 authorization, File No. ITC-214-19960315-00004 (see also ITC-T/C-19980615-00412, formerly, ITC-98-458-TC) held by Gridley Communications, Inc. (Gridley), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Gridley Enterprises, Inc. (Gridley Enterprises), from Gridley Enterprises to Mail Holdings, Inc. (Mail Holdings). Mail Holdings is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of American Broadband Acquisition Corp., which, in turn, is wholly owned by ABB Holdco, Inc. The principal shareholders of ABB Holdco, Inc. are American Broadband Communications, LLC (American Broadband) (49%) and Signal Equity Partners II, LP (Signal Equity) (27%). Pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement, Mail Holdings will acquire 77.50% of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Gridley Enterprises.
