Granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s applications, SAT-MOD-20050621-00130 and SAT-STA-20050124-00010.
Accordingly PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s authorization (SAT-LOA-19941027-00058) to operate its GALAXY-9 satellite (Call Sign
S2146) at the 127.0°W.L. orbital location and its authorization to operate GALAXY-9 on a temporary basis at the 90.9° W.L. orbit
location (SAT-STA-20040809-00158) ARE MODIFIED to reassign GALAXY-9 to 90.9 W.L. with ±0.05 longitudinal
station-keeping, and to operate in the frequency bands 3700 - 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space).
Other than the change in orbital location, the conditions contained in the prior authorization SAT-LOA-19941027-00058 remain in
effect.

On August 5, 2005, the Policy Branch granted with conditions EchoStar Satellite, LLC's (EchoStar) request for a 30-day period, File
No. SAT-STA -20050803-00157 to conduct Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) and to operate at the 77º W.L. orbital
location on a non-harmful interference basis so as not to exceed, under any conditions, and taking into account all variations in
satellite attitude, the parameters specified in Attachment A of the Letter, dated May 10, 2005, from Pantelis Michalopoulos to the
Secretary, Federal Communications Commission. Grant of this application is without prejudice to on EchoStar's STA request, File No.
SAT-SAT-20050321-00068 (Call Sign S2621), EchoStar's License Modification Application, File No. SAT-MOD-20050513-00103
(Call Sign S2621), or EchoStar's application for Modification of an Earth Station authorization, SES-MFS-20050527-00662 (Call Sign
E020306). Further, grant of this authorization does not constitute an authorization pursuant to Section 25.161(c) of the Rules,
concerning automatic termination of license.
