The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-LOA-20050622-00133 E S2676 SES Americom, Inc. Date Filed: 06/22/2005 18:35:31:00300 Launch and Operating Authority SES Americom, Inc. (SES Americom) has applied for authority to launch and operate a satellite, AMC-21, at the nominal 125 degree W.L. orbital location in the Ku-band. The proposed spacecraft will operate with downlink frequencies from 11.70 GHz to 12.20 GHz and with uplink frequencies from 14.0 GHz to 14.5 GHz. SES Americom intends to use the AMC-21 spacecraft to provide broadband, video, and data services, including direct-to-home (DTH) services.
