SAT-MOD-20050610-00119 E S2133 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC
Date Filed: 06/10/2005 11:51:55:47300
Modification

DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has filed an application for modification of its authorization to construct, launch and operate its
SPACEWAY 2 Ka-band satellite at 99.2º W.L. (See File No. SAT-MOD-20041122-00212.) Due to an electrical failure on a
non-DIRECTV satellite scheduled to be launched on the same launch vehicle as SPACEWAY 2, the scheduled launch will not occur
prior to the June 25, 2005 milestone for launch and operation of SPACEWAY 2. DIRECTV requests a six-month extension of the
milestone, until December 25, 2005, to allow sufficient time to arrange for the launch of the satellite.
