On June 17, 2005, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, Intelsat North America LLC's requests, File Nos.
SAT-MOD-20050203-00019 and SAT-MOD-20050422-00089, (Call Sign, S2160) for a six-month extension of the launch milestone
date for the C- and Ku-band INTELSAT AMERICAS ("IA-8") satellite to be operated at the 89 degree W.L. orbital location and for
waiver of the cross-polarization isolation requirements contained in Section 25.210(i) of the Commission's rules.

Failure to meet the extended launch milestone date shall render the IA-8 authorization null and void. The conditions contained in the
authorization to launch and operate IA-8 at the 89° W.L. orbital location otherwise remain unchanged. This action is without
prejudice to any action on Intelsat´s pending applications with respect to the 77 degree W.L. orbital location, IBFS File Nos.
SAT-RPL-20041015-00201 and SAT-PDR-20041228-00231, and has no effect on any prior action relating to the 77 degree W.L.
orbital location.

On June 17, 2005, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, SES Americom, Inc.'s application for Temporary Authority, File No:
SAT-STA-20050606-00115. Accordingly, SES Americom is authorized, for the period of June 7, 2005 to June 17, 2005 to continue
operations of the AMC-16 Ka-band payload and Ku-band Telemetry, Tracking and Control functions at 96.925° W.L., and thereafter
to drift the AMC-16 satellite to its regularly authorized location at 85° W.L. in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical
specifications set forth in its application, its April 7,2005 letter, the attachment to the grant and the Commission's Rules.

SURRENDER
SAT-A/O-19940408-00018              S2139          Celsat America, Inc.

On April 12, 2005, Celsat America Inc., ("Celsat") filed a letter surrendering its Ka-band authorization at the 121 degree W.L.
orbit location. See Letter from David D. Otten, Chairman and CEO, Celsat America, Inc. to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC,
at footnote 2 (Apr. 12, 2005). Specifically, Celsat was authorized to operate Ka-band feeder links at the 121 degree W.L. orbital
location in the 18.3 - 18.8, 28.35 - 28.6 and 29.25-29.5 GHz frequency bands. Accordingly, these Ka-band frequencies at this
orbit location are available for reassignment effective 11:00 AM EST on the day this public notice is released.
