Modification

SES Americom, Inc. has filed an application for modification of its license for the AMC-5 fixed-satellite space station to assign the
satellite to the 78.95º W.L. orbital location. SES Americom seeks to operate at a slight offset from it currently assigned 79º W.L. orbit
loation in order to simplify stationkeeping at this location. SES Americom’s Satcom C-3 spacecraft has also been assigned to 79º W.L.
(See File No. SAT-MOD-20040814-00159) and is currently being drifted toward that position. SES Americom is concurrently filing a
modification application seeking authority to operate Satcom C-3 centered at 79.05º W.L. (See File No. SAT-MOD-20050609-00118)
