SAT-AMD-20050224-00050 E S2389 Intelsat LLC Amendment Withdrawn Effective Date: 04/29/2005 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service SAT-MOD-20050322-00069 E S2670 Loral Orion, Inc. Modification 05/05/2005 - 11/29/2009 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 05/05/2005 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service Granted Loral Orion, Inc., Debtor-in-Possession's ("Loral Orion") application to relocate and operate the Telstar 11 Ku-band satellite assigned to the 37.5° W.L. orbital location, at 37.55° W.L. This relocation is part of a collocation adjustment undertaken in conjunction with the movement of Columbia Communications Corporation’s (Columbia’s) new AMC-12 C-band satellite into the 37.45º orbital position. (See File No. SAT-MOD-20050325-00077.) SAT-MOD-20050325-00077 E S2415 Columbia Communications Corporation Modification 05/05/2005 - 04/06/2020 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 05/05/2005 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service Granted Columbia Communications Corporation's application to modify its license for the AMC-12 fixed-satellite space station to assign the satellite permanently to the 37.45º W.L. orbital location offset from the 37.5º W.L. orbital position originally assigned to AMC-12 in order to effectuate an agreement on stationkeeping coordination with Loral Skynet, whose Telstar 11 spacecraft is also assigned to the 37.5º W.L. nominal orbital location.
