PanAmSat is authorized for a period of 180 days commencing on March 28, 2005 to operate the GALAXY 3-R satellite, Call Sign
GAL-3R, at the 73.95° W.L. orbital position in the 3700 - 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925 - 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.700 -
12.200 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.000-14.500 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

Granted SES Americom's request for special temporary authority for a period of thirty days to relocate AMC-15 to 113.075° W.L. and
commence operations of the spacecraft's Ka-band payload and Ku-band TT&C at that location with an East/West stationkeeping
tolerance of 0.025°. Apart from the shift in orbital location from 113.0 W.L. the conditions adopted in DA 05-39 remain in effect.

Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space
