PanAmSat is authorized for a period of 30 days commencing on February 28, 2005 to operate the GALAXY 3-R satellite, Call Sign
GAL-3R, at the 73.95° W.L. orbital position in the 3700 - 4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925 - 6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.700 -
12.200 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.000-14.500 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

drifting its INTELSAT 605 satellite (Call Sign S2394) from the 77° W.L. orbital location to the 174° E.L. orbital location.
Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized for a period of thirty days to operate the INTELSAT 602 satellite's Tracking, Telemetry,
Command and Monitoring (TTC&M) functions in the 6168-6182 MHz (uplink) and the 3947.325-3952.675 MHz (downlink)
frequency bands during the drift.

By letter dated February 25, 2005, Columbia Communications Corp. surrendered its authorization to operate the TDRS-6 satellite
in the 6425 - 6725 and 3700 - 4200 MHz frequency bands at the 47° W.L. orbital location.

Accordingly, these frequencies at this orbit location are available for reassignment effective 11:00 AM EST on the day this public
notice is released.
SAT-MOD-20030324-00055              S2351            Pegasus Development 107 License Corporation

Pegasus Development 107 License Corporation filed a letter on January 31, 2005 surrendering its authorization to launch and
operate Ka-band satellites at the 107º W.L. orbital location, in the 29250 - 30000, 28350-28600, 19700 - 20200 and 18300 -
18800 MHz frequency bands. (see Pegasus Development Corporation, 16 FCC Rcd 14378 (2001)).

Accordingly, these frequencies at this orbit location are available for reassignment effective 11:00 AM EST on the day this public
notice is released.
