1, Callsign S2627 formally DBS8402 at the 101° W.L. orbital location at the currently licensed parameters and specifications beyond
December 2, 2004, the expiration date of the previous STA requested for DIRECTV 1. See FCC File No. SAT-STA-20040524-00103.
DIRECTV is authorized to operate DIRECTV 1 for up to 180 days beyond that expiration date, through and including May 30, 2005,
at the 101.125° W.L. orbital position (± 0.05°). DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has before the Commission a request for a long-term
extension of its license. (See File Nos. SAT-MOD-20030613-00120 and File No. SAT-AMD-20041112-00208).

Granted with conditions Intelsat LLC's ("Intelsat") request, File No.SAT-STA-20041217-00225, for special temporary authority
(STA) to provide UHF capacity on a non-interference basis via its MARISAT-F2 satellite at 33.9° W.L. orbital location (Call Sign
KS-35). Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to operate the MARISAT satellite in the UHF Narrowband Channel A (307.75 MHz
Center Frequency (uplink) and 254.15 MHz Center Frequency (downlink)) and the UHF Narrowband Channel B (311.15 MHz Center
Frequency (uplink) and 257.55 MHz Center Frequency (downlink)) ("UHF bands") on a non-interference basis for the period of
February 11 until April 10, 2005.

XM-3 satellite, to conduct in-orbit-testing of the XM-3 satellite at the 80.0° W.L. orbital location and upon completion of the test to
drift the XM-3 to its assigned orbital location of 85.0°W.L.

Granted Panamsat Licensee Corp.'s ("PanAmSat's") application for Special Temporary Authority, File No:
SAT-STA-20050207-00026. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized, for the period of 30 days commencing with the launch of the
Galaxy 14 satellite, to conduct in-orbit-testing of the Galaxy 14 satellite at the 146.0° W.L. orbital location and upon completion of
the test to drift the Galaxy 14 to its assigned orbital location of 125.05° W.L

By letter dated February 17, 2005, Telesat Canada requests the Anik E1 satellite be removed from the Permitted Space Station
List. The Anik E1 satellite was de-orbited on January 17, 2005.
