Date Filed: 12/21/2004 23:17:12:52600 Special Temporary Authority XM Radio Inc., a Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) licensee, has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to test its S-band/X-band replacement satellite (XM-3) at the 80.0º W.L. orbital location for a period of 60 days following launch.
