The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except were an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20041215-00221 E GAL-3R PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/03/2005 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service Granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s ("PanAmSat") application for Special Temporary Authority, File No: SAT-STA-20041215-00221. Accordingly, PanAmSat is authorized, for the period of January 3, 2005 to February 2, 2005, to conduct tracking, telemetry and command (TT&C) operations and to drift the GALAXY 3R satellite call sign GAL-3R from its current location at 111.0º W.L. to 73.95º W.L. and maintain the satellite at 73.95° W.
