On December 30, 2004, the portions of this application requesting operation on the 18.3-18.365, 18.53-18.57, 18.735-18.8, 28.35-28.36, 28.525-28.6, 29.25-29.26 and 29.425-29.5 GHz frequency bands at 99.2º WL were dismissed without prejudice.
