                                         Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

INFORMATIVE
SAT-LOA-20031211-00350              S2607          EchoStar Satellite L.L.C.

On November 1, 2004, EchoStar Satellite L.L.C. filed a $3 million performance bond, payable to the U.S. Treasury, as required by
its space station authorization to launch and operate a satellite at 109º W.L. (See Order and Authorization DA 04-3163, released
September 30, 2004).

Please note: Due to technical difficulties, this bond is not viewable via "IBFS's Quick Reports >> Most Recent Space Station Bonds
Received." The bond is accessible by retrieving the IBFS record on the web (easily retrieved using www.fcc.gov/ibfs -- Quick
Search, Call Sign = S2607.). The bond is located in "Other filings related to this application (Petitions, comments, etc)" in the
Document Viewing portion of the record for this file number.
