On October 28, 2004, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat LLC's (Intelsat) request, File Nos.
SAT-MOD-20040730-00152 and SAT-AMD-20040903-00165, to operate its C/Ku band satellite, INTELSAT 706, at the 50.25º E.L.
orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to operate INTELSAT 706 in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425
MHz (Earth-to-space ), 10.95-11.25 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.70-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth),
12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 50.25º E.L. orbital location in
accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its applications, the conditions attached to the
authorization, and the Federal Communications Commission's Rules.

On October 28, 2004, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat LLC's (Intelsat) request, File No.
SAT-MOD-20040819-00160, to relocate its C/KU band satellite, INTELSAT 602, from its current location at 50.5º E.L. to 157º E.L.
and operate at the 157º E.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to drift INTELSAT 602 from 50.5º E.L. to 157º
E.L. and operate the satellite in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-5925 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth) and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and
technical specifications set forth in its application, the conditions attached to the authorization, and the Federal Communications
Commission's Rules.

Granted PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s (PanAmSat) request for Special Temporary Authority for the period of 180 days, commencing on
November 4, 2004, to operate the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) payload on Galaxy 3R at 111.0° W.L. Uplink TT&C
transmissions on Galaxy 3R will occur at either 5935.0 MHz (horizontal) or 6415.0 MHz (vertical) and downlink TT&C transmissions
will occur at 4198.5 MHz and 4199.625 MHz. by Chief Satellite Engineering Branch
