SATCOM C-3 is authorized to operate at the 79° W.L orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz frequency bands.

On Oct., 21, 2004, the Policy Branch granted with conditions Intelsat LLC's (Intelsat) request, File No. SAT-STA-20041018-00202,
for Special Temporary Authority (STA), to immediately begin drifting the INTELSAT 605 satellite from its current location at 32.9º
E.L. to 178.0º E.L. and temporarily stop at the 77º W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Intelsat is authorized to operate the
INTELSAT 605 (Call Sign S2394) satellite's Tracking, Telemetry, Command, and Monitoring during the drift to the 178.0° E.L.
orbital location and during its temporary stop at 77º W.L., for the period of October 22, 2004 until December 21, 2004. Grant of the
STA is without prejudice to action on Intelsat's pending STA and modification applications, File Nos. SAT-STA-20041018-00203 and
SAT-MOD-20041013-00199.
