Modification

HISPAMAR SATÉLITES, S.A., (HISPAMAR) has filed an application for modification of its authorization to be included on the
permitted list to permit the AMAZONAS-1 satellite network, located at the 61º W.L. orbital location and licensed by Brazil, to
provide Direct-to-Home (DTH) services in the United States.

HISPAMAR's authorization to include AMAZONAS-1 satellite network was granted with conditions. One of the conditions states
AMAZONAS-1 is not authorized to provide any Direct-to-Home (DTH) services. By this application, HISPAMAR seeks to remove
that condition so that HISPAMAR may provide DTH services in the United States via AMAZONAS-1.
