The Commission, by its International Bureau, took the following actions pursuant to delegated authority. The effective
date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except were an effective date is specified.

Dismissal
SAT-LOA-19970926-00128                S2295          GLOBALSTAR, L.P.

By letter dated April 2, 2004, Globalstar, L.P. indicated that it has decided not to pursue the processing of its application, File No.
SAT-LOA-19970926-00128, Call Sign S2295. The V-Band (48200-49200 and 37500-38500 MHz) frequencies associated with
the application were previously dismissed as defective without prejudice to refiling. See Report No. SAT-00205 (rel. April 2,
2004). Accordingly, the remainder of the application for operation in the 1610-1626.5, 1980-1990, 1990-2025, 2160-2165,
2165-2200, 2483.5-2500, 5150-5250, and 6700-7075 MHz frequency bands, and the 15 and 19 GHz bands, is dismissed at the
applicant’s request without prejudice to refiling.
