The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except were an effective date is specified. Dismissal SAT-LOA-19970926-00128 S2295 GLOBALSTAR, L.P. By letter dated April 2, 2004, Globalstar, L.P. indicated that it has decided not to pursue the processing of its application, File No. SAT-LOA-19970926-00128, Call Sign S2295. The V-Band (48200-49200 and 37500-38500 MHz) frequencies associated with the application were previously dismissed as defective without prejudice to refiling. See Report No. SAT-00205 (rel. April 2, 2004). Accordingly, the remainder of the application for operation in the 1610-1626.5, 1980-1990, 1990-2025, 2160-2165, 2165-2200, 2483.5-2500, 5150-5250, and 6700-7075 MHz frequency bands, and the 15 and 19 GHz bands, is dismissed at the applicant’s request without prejudice to refiling.
