SAT-MOD-19990303-00021               S2110         SPACE SYSTEM LICENSE, INC.
Modification
Space System License, Inc. has filed an application for modification of its authorization for its Above 1 GHz satellite system. Space
System seeks authority to increase the total number of in-orbit spare satellites in the Iridium system from 12 to 14.



SAT-STA-19990126-00015               SATMEXV       LORAL SPACECOM CORP. ( d/b/a Loral Skynet )
Special Temporary Authority
Loral SpaceCom Corporation d/ba/ Loral Skynet has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to operate the SatMex V satellite
at 116.8 degrees W.L. for temporary domestic use. Loral Skynet proposes use the C-band capacity on the Mexican-licensed SatMex V
satellite to provide U.S. domestic services to all domestic earth stations until the Telstar 6 satellite becomes operational.

Comments or petitions on Loral Skynet's request may be filed on or before MARCH 16, 1999. Replies or oppositions may be filed on
or before MARCH 19, 1999.




CORRECTION:

In Public Notice, Report No. SPB-149 (released March 4, 1999), concerning AfriSpace, Inc. (File Nos. CSS-90-017 [IBFS
File No. SAT-LOA-19900723-00002]; SAT-AMD-19990125-00016 (Call Sign S2367)), in the second paragraph, the orbital
location of the AfriStar satellite was incorrectly listed as 21 degrees W.L. The correct orbital location of the AfriStar
satellite is 21 degrees E.L.
