FROM: ORBCOMM, INC., ORBCOMM INC. c/o WS&A TO: Ridgewood Satellite LLC, nominee for Series A Holders ORBCOMM Licensee Corp. has filed an application for consent consent for the transfer of control of ORBCOMM Inc., a parent company of Commission licensee ORBCOMM License Corp. (OLC). OLC is the holder of the license, issued under FCC Call Sign S2103 relating to the ORBCOMM non-voice nongeostationary (NVNG) mobile satellite service (MSS) system (the ORBCOMM System). OLC provides NVNG MSS offerings via the ORBCOMM System on a noncommon carrier basis. Under the Proposed Transaction, control of ORBCOMM Inc. will be transferred from its original shareholders - the holders of its Common stock - to the holders of its newly issued Series ‘A’ Preferred stock.
