On March 1, 2004, Pegasus Development Corporation declinined its authorization, as conditioned, to launch and operate its Pegasus
IIA satellite at 79º W.L. See Letter from Bruce D. Jacobs, Counsel, Pegasus Development Corporation to Marlene H. Dortch,
Secretary, Federal Communications Commission (March 1, 2004).

This orbit location is now available for reassignment.
