The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except were an effective date is specified. SAT-LOA-20031119-00337 E S2604 Pegasus Development Corporation Launch and Operating Authority Surrender of Authorization Effective Date: 03/05/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On March 1, 2004, Pegasus Development Corporation declinined its authorization, as conditioned, to launch and operate its Pegasus IIA satellite at 79º W.L. See Letter from Bruce D. Jacobs, Counsel, Pegasus Development Corporation to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission (March 1, 2004). This orbit location is now available for reassignment. SAT-LOA-20031119-00338 E S2605 Pegasus Development Corporation Launch and Operating Authority Surrender of Authorization Effective Date: 03/05/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On March 1, 2004, Pegasus Development Corporation declinined its authorization, as conditioned, to launch and operate its Pegasus IIIA satellite at 73º W.L.
