SAT-LOA-20031119-00336 E S2603 Pegasus Development Corporation Launch and Operating Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/30/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On January 30, 2004, the Satellite Division granted Pegasus Development Corporation's application to operate its Pegasus IA satellite at the 87º W.L. orbital location in the 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz frequency bands, with conditions SAT-LOA-20031119-00337 E S2604 Pegasus Development Corporation Launch and Operating Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/30/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On January 30, 2004, the Satellite Division granted Pegasus Development Corporation's application to operate its Pegasus IIA satellite at the 79º W.L. orbital location in the 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz frequency bands, with conditions. Launch and Operating Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/30/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service SES AMERICOM, Inc. requests authority to launch and operate a replacement satellite for Satcom SN-4 at 172 deg. E.L. using the 3700-4200, 5925-6425, 11700-12200, & 14000-14500 MHz frequency bands, to be designated AMC-23. SAT-STA-20031126-00342 E GAL-8I PANAMSAT LICENSEE CORP. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/23/2004 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On January 23, 2004, the Satellite Division granted PanAmSat Licensee Corp. special temporary authority for 30 days to continue operating the TT&C payload on Galaxy VIII(I) while PanAmSat performs end of life maneuvers.
