These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001). Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Cable & Wireless hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliation with Cable & Wireless Jersey Limited. (Jersey) Other Companies: Cable & Wireless Holdings, Inc. -- Commonwealth of Virginia; Cable and Wireless plc -- London, United Kingdom CORRECTIONS FCN-NEW-20031121-00023 Telmex USA, L.L.C. Corrected to Read: Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Telmex USA, L.L.C., notified the Commission of their foreign affiliation with Compania de telecomunicaciones de El Salvador in El Salvador. Pursuant to notification, Telmex has agreed to be classified as dominant for its provision of services between the United States and El Salvador (DA 03-3945).
