Date Filed: 12/24/2003 16:19:03:94000 Special Temporary Authority PanAmSat Licensee Corp. has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority for up to 180 days, commencing on January 27, 2004, to: (1) relocate Galaxy XII from 74° W.L. to 125.25° W.L. and (2) operate the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) frequencies on Galaxy XII during the relocation of the spacecraft and when the spacecraft is on-station at 125.25° W.L. PanAmSat only seeks authority to operate the TT&C frequencies on Galaxy XII; the communications payload on the satellite will not be in operation during the relocation to 125.25° W.L. or when Galaxy XII is on station at 125.25° W.L.
