Special Temporary Authority


PanAmSat Licensee Corp. has filed a request for special temporary authority for up to 180 days, commencing on January 2, 2004, to
continue operating the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) payload on Galaxy VIII(I) while PanAmSat performs end of life
maneuvers boosting the satellite to a disposal orbit above the geostationary arc.

Special Temporary Authority


PanAmSat Licensee Corp. has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority for up to 180 days, commencing on January 27, 2004,
to: (1) relocate Galaxy XII from 74° W.L. to 125.25° W.L. and (2) operate the tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C)
frequencies on Galaxy XII during the relocation of the spacecraft and when the spacecraft is on-station at 125.25° W.L. PanAmSat
only seeks authority to operate the TT&C frequencies on Galaxy XII; the communications payload on the satellite will not be in
operation during the relocation to 125.25° W.L. or when Galaxy XII is on station at 125.25° W.L.
