(WSNet) on November 21, 2001. The amendment notifies the Commission that Pegasus Development Corporation has acquired ownership of various WSNet assets, including application File No. SES-LIC-20011121-02186. The amendment also includes a request for waiver of Section 25.116 of the Commission's rules. Application File No. SES-LIC-20011121-02186 seeks authority to operate a satellite network to provide services to consumers in the United States.
