These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001). FCN-NEW-20030729-00014 P GSM CORRIDOR, LLC Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, GSM Corridor, LLC hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliaiton with Communications Systems Curacao N.V. (Curacao, Netherlands). CORRECTIONS FCN-NEW-20030714-00012 Cable & Wireless USA, Inc. Correction to FCN-NEW-20030714-00012 - Cable & Wireless USA, Inc.: Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Cable & Wireless USA, Inc. hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Cable & Wireless Isle of Man Limited (Isle of Man) and Cable & Wireless Guernsey Ltd. (Guernsey). Pursuant to its notification, Cable & Wireless USA, Inc. has agreed to be classified as dominant for its provision of services between the United States and the Isle of Man and the United States and Guernsey. Unless otherwised specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these notifications within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
