Date Filed: 07/30/2003 00:00:00:00000
Amendment

Lockheed Martin Corporation has filed an amendment to its application for authority to launch and operate its Regional Positioning
System, a global radio-navigation satellite service network. (See File Nos. SAT-LOA-19990427-00045/46/47/49/50) In this
amendment, Lockheed Martin reduces the amount of spectrum it requests for its RPS system (1559-1610 MHz, 1164-1215 MHz and
5010-5030 MHz) and clarifies its spectrum needs for TT&C (still seeking extended C-band). Lockheed Martin deletes one orbital
location (11º E.L.) (File No. SAT-LOA-19990427-00048) and modifies one orbital location (from 129º W.L. to 125º W.L.). In
addition, Lockheed Martin provides additional or revised technical information concerning the system and updates certain corporate
information.
