Columbia is seeking additional time to complete construction of and launch AMC-12, its authorized C-band replacement spacecraft at 37.5° W.L. Specifically, due to construction-related delays beyond its control, Columbia requests that it be permitted until April 30, 2004 to complete construction of AMC-12 and until June 30, 2004 to launch the spacecraft.
