SAT-ASG-20030305-00023 E S2194-X Astrolink Holding LLC Assignment Current Licensee: ASTROLINK INTERNATIONAL LLC FROM: ASTROLINK INTERNATIONAL LLC TO: Astrolink Holding LLC This application requests FCC consent to the assignment of the Ka band satellite system licenses held by ASTROLINK International LLC (Astrolink) to Astrolink Holding LLC (Astrolink Holding), which will be an indirect, controlled subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation (Liberty Media). The assignment will be accomplished through a multi-stage transaction, as described in Exhibit 2 of this application. Astrolink has filed a related assignment application for its licensed earth station facilities.
