Dear Mr. Black: An examination of the above referenced application finds that this application is unacceptable for filing. Accordingly, the above referenced application is hereby returned pursuant to Section 25.112(a)(1) of the Commission's Rules. If Exxon wishes to refile the above referenced application, please provide the following information: 1. T he response to item 22, Main form, FCC Form 312 is "Using U.S. licensed satellites". Please specify the name and orbital location of the proposed satellite in item B2, Schedule B, FCC Form 312. Please note that If Exxon wishes to operate its subject INMARSAT B METs via the INMARSAT satellite system, it should check the box of "Using Non-U.S. licensed satellites" for the INMARSAT satellite system and box "yes" to item 42(a), Main form, FCC Form 312, and attach an exhibit providing the information regarding INMARSAT satellite specified in 47 C.F.R. 25.137. 2. T he response to item B6, Schedule B, FCC Form 312 for frequency coordination limits is incorrect. Please correct. 7.
