These applications are not subject to the streamlined processing procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. These applications shall not be deemed granted until the Commission affirmatively acts upon the application, either by public notice or by written order. Operation for which authorization is sought may not commence except in accordance with any terms or conditions imposed by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these applications within 28 days of the date of this public notice. TO: 360networks Corporation Application for consent to transfer control of cable landing license held by 360atlantic (USA) inc. for the 360atlantic Cable Network, extending between the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland (File No. SCL-LIC-19990804-00012), from the shareholders of 360networks inc. to the shareholders of 360networks Corporation. This application is filed in connection with a plan of arrangement and compromise under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in Canada, pursuant to which 360networks Corporation emerged from CCAA protection. Applicant states that the transfer of control of the license to 360networks Corporation will be temporary, pending the sale of the cable system to Columbia Ventures U.S. Acquisition LLC and its affiliates (see File No. SCL-ASG-20021213-00103, accepted for filing by Public Notice, Report No. TEL-00617NS, rel.
